The waiting came to an end this past weekend, when Formula One returned to action around the epic circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. It was a packed weekend, from watching the F1 world road trip their way to Belgium, to Michael Schumacher crashing out in qualifying, to Sebastian Vettel stamping his mark on the championship once more. Here are ten tweets that highlight how this past week has gone.

Saddened to hear the news that Martin Hines passed away this morning. He did so much for me in my early career and will be sorely missed.

Incredible how fast this year is dashing past: Autumn is all but with us; only 7 races of the season remain; Monza the final European race.
