As F1 headed into a rare weekend off, there were other sports to pay attention - including tennis, MotoGP and the preparations for Le Mans. However, a key decision regarding the F1 calendar was made, and reactions poured in. Mark Webber appeared to be the only one who was ready to stand up and be counted, but it remains to be seen whether others will follow in his footsteps.

1. Not one to keep quiet on the important issues, Webber talks Bahrain before the decision, and blogged about it afterwards.

#Lemans week forecast improving all the time. Some showers Wedsnesday but mainly dry w/sunny spells Thu-Sun. Race 90% dry. Temps 16-20c.
