Tweets of the Week - I'm gonna party like it's 1991 - Waving goodbye to the summer and preparing for Spa

Published by Christine

The summer break draws to a close and the Twitter streams begin to awaken from their enforced shutdown. With the Belgian Grand Prix just around the corner, teams and drivers are returning from their holidays and gearing up for action at the Spa-Francorchamps. Featured in my top ten tweets this week are some cycling action, a great view, anniversary celebrations and a little bit of forward planning.

7. I would fail miserably working in F1. My forward planning department is understaffed.

In forward planning dept, my Indian media visa has come through. Really looking forward to that race. Better do Korean application now.

8. Another anniversary this weekend. I wonder if there will be cake.

Michael Schumacher says it's "hard to believe" it's the 20th anniversary of his F1 debut at Spa this weekend. "That's such a long time ago"

9. Yay for more opportunities to obsessively check the weather.

#F1 is back this weekend at #Spa and it would be rude not to include a drop of rain. Here is the early forecast -

10. I like to use a mixture of the two, myself.

Something I didn't notice until I started interviewing people in F1. They almost never call it F1. It's always "Formula One."
