Starting grid - Hungary 2013 - A clean weekend so far means no penalties on the grid

Romain Grosjean came close to getting some kind of penalty, after the floor of his Lotus failed a flex-test. However, the team proved it was due to hitting a kerb too hard and breaking the components, so exclusion from qualifying was avoided. Other than that, there are no penalties to be handed out, so the grid lines up just as it was decided yesterday.
