Starting grid - Germany 2013 - Charles Pic takes a gearbox penalty after qualifying best of the backmarkers

Disappointment for Caterham's Charles Pic, after he found himself the top of the four backmarker teams in qualifying on Saturday. Ahead of the race, the French driver finds himself with a five place grid drop due to a gearbox change. Thankfully, this week there are no rollover penalties from the previous race.
