Starting grid - Canada 2014 - Caterham and Sauber make changes, incur penalties

It's all change at the back of the grid as Kamui Kobayashi's car required a gearbox change, while Esteban Gutiérrez's car needed a new car. The Caterham driver receives a five place drop, which knocks him from the lofty heights of 20th all the way down to 21st.
Sauber in turn appear to have rebuilt a chassis from the hapless Gutiérrez after what looked from the outside to be a benign incident. His survival cell has been swapped for one more suited to assisting with survival and the mechanics also swapped out his gearbox for good measure. He ought to be starting in Quebec, but the pitlane will suffice according to the FIA.
