Starting grid - Belgium 2013 - No penalties allow for an unchanged grid at Spa-Francorchamps

Despite it being a chaotic qualifying session, with some very busy track moments where all the cars were out running, there were no penalties after the session ended. A few hairy moments were reported, with perhaps a couple of drivers called to the stewards but in the end the grid lines up as they finished yesterday, with Lewis Hamilton on pole position.
