Sergio Pérez and Max Chilton both have penalties imposed on their Austrian qualifying position after incidents in Canada. Pérez was blamed for his crash with Felipe Massa, ending in a result of a five place grid drop. Meanwhile, Chilton was on the receiving end of a three place drop after being found the guilty party in the first lap crash with his Marussia teammate.

The two penalties don't affect the top ten at all, as Pérez qualified eleventh and drops to sixteenth. The Williams front row remains excitingly in tact.
