The sun was shining brightly in Barcelona today as the drivers got their cars out on track for the first time since the mid-season test. We saw flo-viz and test tubes aplenty, whilst McLaren ran with extra bumps on the nose to anticipate what a higher front would look like from the driver's point of view. Meanwhile, four test drivers got a chance in the car, with Valtteri Bottas, Jules Bianchi, Dani Clos and Alexander Rossi all participating. Fernando Alonso posted the fastest time of the morning, with Sebastian Vettel behind him.
