McLaren put in a good showing for the first session back after a three week break, with Lewis Hamilton leading the way. Christian Klien got his first taste of 2010 machinery out on track, taking Karun Chandhok's place, whilst Pedro de la Rosa didn't manage to complete a time due to a gearbox problem.
