Singapore 2011 - Qualifying results - Red Bull lock out the front row as Force India sit the session out

Published by Christine

Another pole position for Sebastian Vettel - a Red Bull front row lockout, in fact. Vitaly Petrov was knocked out in Q1, Kamui Kobayashi crashed out in Q2, and Force India opted out of Q3. It was an intriguing session, if ultimately a bit of an anti-climax after the glittering start to proceedings. Qualifying means a lot in Singapore, but it's a long race and there's still plenty of action to come from the Marina Bay circuit.
