Rate the race - Singapore 2014 // Have your say on the key elements of the racing action

Published by Christine

This is the time to stand proud and cast your vote - how did the Singapore Grand Prix rate compared to the rest of the season? I think it's safe to say it wasn't a classic, without particularly swaying your opinion one way or the other. Street circuits don't always deliver and this was one of those. But there was plenty to behold, and here you can vote if it still caught your interest.

It's a long race, a twisting track, and the overtaking was sparse, but there was still quite a lot happening to keep interest throughout the two hours of running. Strategies were the key thing, but there were a few reliability niggles and a couple of driver crashes to keep things interesting. The race wound up to a tense conclusion with the final few laps almost unmissable. Rate how it stands compared to the rest of the season, five stars for epic, one star for not great.

With Lewis Hamilton regaining the lead of the driver standings for the first time in months, it's time to start pondering who will win the season overall. Is it too close to call? Or do you think you know who will be victorious come the chequered flag in Abu Dhabi?
