Qualifying results - Abu Dhabi 2014 // Rosberg takes pole position for final round of the season

It was Nico Rosberg who managed the pressure at Yas Marina and put together a solid lap to take pole position. Lewis Hamilton wasn't far behind his championship rival, but had a few scruffy moments on several of his flying laps that saw him second when the session ended. Williams secured the second row, with Red Bull locking out the third.

Further back, Kevin Magnussen missed out on the top ten, but starts 11th tomorrow. Romain Grosjean finished 16th overall, but has a hefty penalty hanging over his head for the race.
