Monaco 2013 - Predict the race - Pick the winners and losers ahead of Sunday's race

Published by Mr. C

Having played witness to an exceptional qualifying session on Saturday, what surprises do the streets of Monte Carlo hold in store for race fans come Sunday? Mercedes locked out the front row, with Red Bull dominating row two, but any of the top six are in with a chance of standing atop Monaco's prestigious podium.

Mercedes find themselves in a position to control the race from the front, and can vary their pit strategy to best position themselves for a race victory, but which driver will receive the optimum race calls?

Benefiting from two non-qualifiers in Saturday's opening session Giedo van der Garde finds himself starting from the lofty heights of 15th place. With a rapid Felipe Massa starting from the back and Paul di Resta breathing down his neck will Giedo fall to faster cars or can he capitalise on his good fortune and bring Caterham their first points?
