People and changes - Ferrari announce personnel comings and goings

Published by Christine

Ferrari have actually decided to confirm some of the shuffling that's going on within their camps - and really, I'm none the wiser.

As previously reported, Jean Todt is now the chief of the whole of Ferrari leaving a gap in his wake. To replace him, Amadeo Filipa. Um... never heard of him.

Ross Brawn has confirmed his departure, with Mario Almondo filling in. Who?

Finally, Paolo Martinelli was in charge of the engine department but no longer. He is switching over to parent company Fiat and Ferrari have drafted in Gilles Simon and Aldo Costa to take charge of the engine and chassis departments respectively.

Honestly, I have no idea what I just said.
