Monaco 2012 - Race results - Threats of rain, one safety car, and nine retirements, but Red Bull were victorious

Published by Christine

It was a relatively calm race around the streets of Monaco, particularly when compared to some of the fast and furious action we have seen so far this year. Nevertheless, there was a Safety Car period, two great starts from Webber, nine retirements, and the never-ending threat of a change in the weather. Red Bull put in a strong race, with Mark Webber becoming the sixth winner of the season so far.
