With fears over the narrow circuit and the amount of traffic, the first session of the Monaco weekend was relatively quiet. Times fell quickly, whilst Karun Chandhok and Kamui Kobayashi suffered at the hands of the barriers, but it was Ferrari who took the first P1 of the day.
