Nico Rosberg and Kazuki Nakajima picked up a 1-2 for Williams. Will the team ever be able to capitalise on their strong practice running? The Brawn GP pair were nipping on their heels, Jenson Button just five hundredths of a second ahead of teammate Jenson Button. They were followed by the Ferrari cars, with teammates mostly sitting next to each other.
