Look pretty similar if you ask me - Christine's Rankings, Week 9 - In which self-portraits, and drawings of friends, are all around

Published by Christine

It's all about the art this week. I know that a certain chap called Nico Rosberg won a race, and we do see a video from him further down the list, but I'm more interested in the portraits happening up and down the paddock. First Pastor Maldonado tweeted pictures of himself and Bruno Senna, in what I can only assume were self-portraits. Then Daniel Ricciardo draw a quick sketch of his teammate Jean-Éric Vergne and got the poor chap to pose next to it as well! I approve of the new creative direction the drivers have taken, and want more of the same next week.

Movements for Week 9

  • +1 Sebastian Vettel: Gearing up for the Chinese GP this weekend, Vettel gets down to some martial arts for a short film called: Kung Fu Vettel!
  • +1 Lewis Hamilton: Points definitely awarded for being brave enough to pose for a photo that makes him look tiny!
  • +1 Nico Rosberg: Laughing at DC for being ever-so-slightly unprofessional with a phone ringing during the BBC coverage.
  • +2 Lewis Hamilton: Hamilton's great piece with Jake Humphrey, racing a remote control car around the MTC. How did Ron agree to that!?
  • +1 Pastor Maldonado: Not sure if this is a self-portrait or not, but I approve anyway.
  • +2 Timo Glock: Finding a coffee shop called Timo's for his morning beverage! Good video, too.
  • +2 Fernando Alonso: Becoming a bit of a piano man with this: Music is the best way to relax before the race of the next day...
  • +1 Heikki Kovalainen: Sharing pictures of some of the gifts he got from China - very artistic they are too!
  • +2 Nico Hülkenberg: Passing the time with some makeshift sport, and, of course, winning the first set 10-3.
  • +2 Daniel Ricciardo: More artwork with Ricciardo drawing pictures of his teammate, good on JEV for posing, too!
  • +1 Nico Rosberg: A clearly beaming Rosberg manages to smile his way through his video blog update, and insults the trophy to boot!
