Monza proved to be a fertile ground for rankings points, as drivers celebrated in the final European sponsorship opportunities before F1 heads back to flyaway racing. Along with the nostalgic trips to the old banking, there was also ample opportunity for getting in the kitchen, revealing some rage in videos, and gatecrashing your old friends when they're trying to present a piece about you.
Don't forget you play a crucial part in digging up the dirt on the drivers, my many rankings spies are out there spotting the things I miss. Let me know if you find anything via the usual methods!
Movements for Week 29
- +3 Jenson Button: He had a point for the driving, but bonus points for playing football with the car!
- +2 Romain Grosjean: Taking part in a fun video that shows off his more ragey side, particularly when it comes to designated parking!
- +1 Pastor Maldonado: Popping in for a cameo appearance on the burn video, mostly to irritate Grosjean just a little bit more.
- +1 Fernando Alonso: It's partly a watch promotion too, but points for making this little boy's day.
- +1 Marcus Ericsson: Celebrating a birthday, which means it must be time for... cake pizza?
- -1 Valtteri Bottas: Not so keen on Bottas toting a Beretta.
- +1 Nico Rosberg: You can definitely tell the weight pressure has lifted slightly, Rosberg celebrates post-race with Ice cream!
- +1 Daniel Ricciardo: Winning the Trofeo Bandini award and picking it up from what looks like some knights in shining armour. As you do.
- +2 Daniil Kvyat: I just really like this reflections photo, it makes me laugh each time I look at it.
- +4 Jenson Button: Gatecrashing Anthony Davidson's Sky Sports F1 piece, in which the presenter pretty much dissed Button's work, only to be confronted by the driver himself. Awkward!
- +2 Nico Hülkenberg: Great interview with the BBC, at the top of the Monza banking.
