Korea 2011 - Qualifying results - Hamilton finally denies Red Bull pole position

Published by Christine

Finally, for the first time since Nico Hülkenberg surprised us all in Brazil last year, we've got a car on pole that isn't a Red Bull. Lewis Hamilton pipped Sebastian Vettel to the top spot by two tenths of a second, and although there was an investigation into the Red Bull driver cutting a corner, no action has been taken and that's how the front row will stand. Further back, Rubens Barrichello dropped out in Q1, whilst Sauber struggled for form and were beaten by the Toro Rosso drivers - Jaime Alguersuari just missing out on the top ten.
