Japan 2011 - Free Practice 2 results - McLaren continue to lead as Friday draws to a close

Published by Christine

Jenson Button remained on top for the second practice session in Japan, with Fernando Alonso behind him, and Sebastian Vettel again third - this time he kept it out of the barriers. Rubens Barrichello was not quite so lucky, making it a really difficult day for Williams when his car bashed into the wall. Further down the order, Liuzzi only managed to complete four laps, and is on the back foot a little after giving his car to Narain Karthikeyan in the morning.
