This week drivers are doing their bit for the teams by attending the factories and giving employees a morale boost, or by participating in some PR work for the sponsors. With a bit of a break between the back to back races and the next event in Spain, there's time for our drivers to sit back and relax. And by relax, I mean train ridiculously hard and tell us all about it on Twitter.

• +2 Valtteri Bottas: Signing autographs in the factory, causing a bit of a queue in the canteen!
