Sidepodcast - All for F1 and F1 for all

Have your say on the 2010 F1 season - Call in your review of the exciting Formula One season just witnessed

Published by Christine

Gavin reminded us recently that here at Sidepodcast we are (in)famous for our season prediction and review montages. It's been a while, but it is time once again for us to collect together your thoughts and create a fabulous post-season show. If you have even the slightest comment on how the 2010 F1 season panned out, we want to hear about it, and you can get your name up in podcast lights.

We've done this twice before, so if you want an example of what I'm talking about, the 2008 Megamix and the 2009 Megamix should help guide the way.

Here's a quick-start guide to the process though.

Gather your thoughts together. Perhaps you only have a sentence or two to say. That's perfect. Some of the best quips and quotes have come from the shortest voicemails. If you've got more to say, longer submissions are perfectly acceptable. I will be browsing my way through all the submissions and chopping and changing them anyway, so whatever you have to say about how F1 in 2010 treated you, we want to hear it.

To send your submission, you have a million options. Well, a couple anyway. Firstly, you can call our voicemail on 0121 28 TRACK (+44 121 28 87225), or find us on Skype under the username Sidepodcast. It's worth noting that the voicemail has a limit of about ten minutes, so if you've got a lot to say, plan to split it into several parts. If you're handy with recording equipment and can make an mp3, you can email it to me christine@sidepodcast.com. If none of these options suit you, let us know, and we'll work something out.

I haven't set a deadline for this yet, but ideally the montage will be out by the end of the year. You've got a good couple of weeks to get your submissions in. In 2008, we had 8 people participating. In 2009, that went up to 9. We must be able to get into double figures, but I'd like to smash that number this year. It'll only take you five minutes (depending on how much ranting you do!) and it'll make my December fabulous. You know you want to.

Don't forget, 0121 28 87225. I can't wait to hear them.
