Free Practice 3 results - Japan 2013 - Webber tops the times as Vettel hit with KERS issue

Mark Webber was at the top of the timesheets for final practice, as Sebastian Vettel dropped down the order, sitting out the final minutes of the session with a KERS problem. Kimi Räikkönen finished a couple of tenths of his teammate Romain Grosjean, whilst Adrian Sutil ended the session in the barriers - although without too much damage.
