Free Practice 1 results - Singapore 2013 - Mercedes get off to a good start, with Red Bull close behind

Published by Christine

As expected, Red Bull continued to show good pace as the Singapore weekend got underway. However, they were challenged by Mercedes during first practice, and it was Lewis Hamilton who shot to the top of the timesheets at the end of the initial ninety minute session. Drivers pushed to find the limits of the track, with both Sergio Pérez and Kimi Räikkönen making maximum use of the run off areas.
