A catch up show begins with talk of the 2013 season just gone, and how it wasn't one that we will particularly miss. Conversation swiftly moves on to the 2014 grid and how the pairings throughout the entry list are unusual and in some cases unwanted. However, there is still plenty to cheer about as some drivers get last minute reprieves when they may have thought their F1 time was up.
Any 2014 preview topics have to include the new regulation changes, including double points, the potential for a five second penalty, and of course the permanent driver numbers. We also discuss the cost cap and how this is something that has been on the agenda for far too long and seems just as unmanageable now as it did previously.
Finally, there's time for a huge thank you and a Merry Christmas, as well as a quick plug for my brand new book!
