It's been a quiet week in the Formula One world, as the team gather their thoughts from a difficult Monaco weekend and prepare for what will undoubtedly be a chaotic Montreal race too. There were a couple of demonstrations from Red Bull, Caterham and McLaren which gained points, plus some drivers taking time out to answer questions from fans on Facebook and Twitter.

Movements for Week 16

• +4 Vitaly Petrov: Running upstairs after retiring from the Monaco GP and getting in a bit of commentating action as well! Brilliant!
• +5 Sergio Pérez: The man was a willing participant in the "half-a-car" video, in which he ably demonstrated what an uncomfortable position drivers sit in.
• +3 Fernando Alonso: Letting followers choose his new profile picture via hashtag. Love it! (Although not sure about the winning option!)
• +1 Heikki Kovalainen: Correctly predicting The Voice UK results before they happened.
• +3 Daniel Ricciardo: Taking Eau Rouge in the wrong direction - that must be a weird feeling!
• +2 Daniel Ricciardo: The demos continue with doughnuts - they never get old, do they?
• +3 Nico Rosberg: Marvellous little Q&A video with Nico Rosberg, taking time out from a seat fitting.
• +2 Jenson Button: F1 in action in Dublin, with JB behind the wheel of the McLaren.
• +2 Giedo van der Garde: Joining in the fun and games at the demo in Dublin.
• +3 Heikki Kovalainen: Heikki sits down to answer questions from the fans - a popular idea this week!
