It's no surprise to see that polesitter and race winner Lewis Hamilton also managed to secure the fastest lap of the race, although his pace was almost a full second ahead of teammate Nico Rosberg.

Fernando Alonso showed his pace by going faster than both Red Bull drivers, with Felipe Massa not too far behind. Just as in Australia, Kevin Magnussen showed how fast he can go, and outpaced Jenson Button by seven tenths of a second.

Sergio Pérez, of course, didn't get the chance to set a lap, as he remained in the garage and didn't start the race.
