The Circuit of the Americas has played host to just one Formula One race so far, and already it has become one of the more popular events on the calendar. Helping to smooth relationships between F1 and the States, the comeback of the US Grand Prix in 2012 was a superbly successful event.

For 2013, the paddock heads back to Texas for the second running of the race, and by all accounts most drivers are looking forward to it. The track has cherry picked the best of all the more classic circuits to create a challenging layout - starting with the awesome blind, elevated corner that is Turn 1.

Meanwhile, there are driver headlines galore as the grid for 2014 continues to be announced, and Kimi Räikkönen heads home for an early exit from this season. The championships standings may not see too much movement before the end of the year, but there are still a couple of items worth looking out for. With all that, plus weather, tyre and logistics information, this preview show should have you covered for this weekend's action from Austin.
