Coming up this week, we discuss flying to Macau, who has the slowest pit stop, and secret radio buttons.

Intro

We're getting all musical again.

Good week/Bad week

It's a good week for McLaren who welcome the Prime Minister as their guest of honour, and get some pressure from him on behalf of the country. It's also a good week for Mercedes and Red Bull who have topped the fastest pit stop league, even though there's still one race to go.

It's been a bad week for the Austin Grand Prix as the future of the circuit and the contract is up in the air, and for Williams, who have their own questions to be answered about their PDVSA sponsorship deal.

The race

We head straight for rate the race this week, as there weren't too many things to note about the Abu Dhabi event. I do have a quick rant about the overexcitement regarding Vettel's puncture and we discuss whether the FIA really know what they're doing with DRS.

Otherwise, we rate the race, and listen to the rookie reports for Paul di Resta and Daniel Ricciardo, plus pick our own drivers of the day.

Feedback

Three bits of feedback this week asking about secret radio communications, what the future holds for Williams, and whether Pirelli need to rethink their marble issues.

Housekeeping

Comments that used to go in the daily can live on in the new I Miss the Comments blog, whilst we look forward to the final race in Brazil.

Outtake

As near as Enya as you can get.
