With the F1 world still digesting the machinations at Red Bull, drivers have busied themselves with all manner of extra-curicular activities this week. There's some driving skills on display that require intense concentration, supreme bravery in some very cold water, and benevolence on show by encouraging a team fun run for charity.

We've also got drivers doing their homework, leaping to the defence of others and finding a bike ride come to an abrupt halt with a puncture.

Movements for Week 8

• +3 Felipe Massa: Another brilliant column - this time the points are for starting off the Russia chartered plane from Monaco tradition, and for using the word "Monstrous!" Love it.
• +2 Nico Rosberg: Points handed out for Nico the Sailerman - taking an exam and gaining a boat license. Also cool to be taking part in a hobby with his wife.
• +2 Nico Rosberg: Soliciting a little bit of racing nostalgia with the hashtag #whereitallbegan.
• +4 Romain Grosjean: Setting the benchmark in what appears to be a brilliant Batak-on-the-road style Jaguar challenge.
• +1 Fernando Alonso: Doing his homework for the European Grand Prix at the new Baku track.
• +2 Jenson Button: Jumping to the defence of a fellow driver, after Kvyat's unceremonious demotion.
• +4 Nico Rosberg: Challenging the entire Mercedes team to a fun run to raise money for charity, bit of teambuilding and doing your bit at the same time!
• +1 Daniel Ricciardo: Admitting that he can't quite do everything after being caught out by a bike puncture on a long ride.
• +2 Lewis Hamilton: Taking F1 to the fans with a nice little street demo in Barbados.
• +2 Marcus Ericsson: Oof, this does look cold - brave Marcus with a spot of outdoor swimming.
• +1 Romain Grosjean: Running a half marathon on your weekend off, as you do.
