Demolishing massive burgers - Christine's Rankings, Week 10 - In which drivers turn the tables on those around them

Published by Christine

This week has been a difficult one for Formula One, but away from the track there are still plenty of adventures to be had and points to be earned. Musical associations gain points, albeit on behalf of Mr C. Two TV segments that I've finally found from China get airtime and rankings points. Most of all, this week is about turning the tables - whether it is on your physio, via photograph, or on F1 journalists.

Don't forget if you spot anything, keep me up to date via Twitter or the Rankings page.

Movements for Week 10

  • +2 Michael Schumacher: Playful Schumacher lowers Hamilton's chair whilst the champions appear on Chinese TV.
  • +1 Felipe Massa: For taking Twitter on the track walk with him.
  • +1 Jenson Button: JB joins yet another social network, vying for the most social driver out there!
  • +2 Fernando Alonso: It's an old photography trick, but it made me laugh out loud so got to be worth some points.
  • +3 Sergio Pérez: I imagine drivers want to get their own back on their physios quite often, and Sergio does so with style!
  • +2 Fernando Alonso: Alonso joins the list of drivers who speak honestly about penalties (or the lack of them): "I think you are going to have fun in future races! You can defend position as you want and you can overtake outside the track! Enjoy! ;)))"
  • +2 Narain Karthikeyan: Turning the tables on the journalists, Narain does some undercover reporting of his own!
  • +2 Bruno Senna: Ahead of the Chinese GP, there was a TV segment with Bruno Senna and a drumkit, giving rise to my favourite quote of a while: "All you are hoping for is a better result than is possible."
  • +2 Lewis Hamilton: More TV footage, this time with Lewis Hamilton taking on Jake Humphrey in a remote control car race. I mostly love this for his "two laps" comment.
  • +2 Mark Webber: Points for retweeting Brian McFadden - Mr C's favourite popstar. "“@BrianMcFadden:@AussieGrit when are you getting me on the track?Nice solid start to the season pal"a paddy behind the wheel!Hang on then :)"
