Davidson's drive confirmed // Super Aguri finalise their 2007 driver lineup

The number of British drivers for 2007 has increased by one. Anthony Davidson has been confirmed as the new Super Aguri driver, alongside Takuma Sato.

Davidson began his F1 career in 2002 with Minardi, but has spent the majority of his time as Honda's test driver. He's had the occasional drive, with the last being in 2005's Malaysian Grand Prix, where he replaced Sato but retired much too quickly.

It's fantastic news for Anthony to finally get a drive, although I do think his talent outweighs the team. At least he has a friend on the force, as he and Sato are reunited from their days at Honda together.
