China 2011 - Qualifying results - Vettel takes pole position as Schumacher misses out on the top ten

Published by Christine

As Jenson Button admitted in the post-qualifying press conference, Vettel was just too fast out there today. Although Red Bull continued to dominate, they also suffered - with Mark Webber failing to get through the first session of qualifying. Other surprises included the troubles at Renault, with one driver ruining the risky strategy of another, and the somewhat improved pace of Nico Rosberg.
