It can only be described as a race of two halves. The Grand Prix began behind the Safety Car and was a tentative progression towards dry tyres until the heavens opened and conditions worsened. A lengthy red flag period allowed the track to dry, and those that stuck with the racing were rewarded with some fantastic action.
