British (and my personal) favourite Jenson Button has suffered two hairline cracks to his ribs.

Button's winter preparations include karting sessions to keep him in the racing groove, but this time he's picked up a couple of injuries that will force him out of testing next week.

A Honda spokesperson has said: "We will assess Jenson after next week and take it from there."

That's not really much to go on, but it means that the Honda team will have Barrichello, Klien and Rossiter at the three-day test in Barcelona, and who knows what after that.

Hope that he gets better soon, because there's much too much racing to be done.
