More rain at the Spa-Francorchamps meant there wasn't a lot of running to be had, but overall it was Mark Webber who captured the fastest time for the second session in a row. Jaime Alguersuari for Toro Rosso sat third, just behind Lewis Hamilton, which is perhaps a marker of how topsy turvy the session was, or it could be an indication of an improved STR car. We'll have to wait and see!
