Australia 2009 - Free Practice 1 results - Nico Rosberg leads the way, as Sebastian Vettel brings up the rear

Nico Rosberg put the marker down for the first session of the brand new season, with Williams teammate Kazuki Nakajima close behind him, and both way ahead of everyone else. Kimi Räikkönen was the closest, with the top seven split by a second. Several drivers struggled to keep their car on track, including Lewis Hamilton and Nelson Piquet. Sebastian Vettel's running was shortened after his car developed an hydraulic problem.
