Abu Dhabi 2011 - Rate the race - Select your driver of the day and vote on the excitement of the Grand Prix

Published by Christine

The Indian GP didn't get particularly high scores last time out, and if my intuition is any good, I suspect Abu Dhabi will be a similar story. It was, perhaps, a better race than we have seen at Yas Marina before, but compared to some of the great spectacles we have witnessed this year, it paled in comparison. However, this post is not for me to sway your opinion, how will you rate the race?

Driver of the Day

Lewis Hamilton put in a strong drive - almost Vettel-esque - but he was untroubled at the front. Behind him, Jenson Button had to battle with faulty KERS and try and keep tricky drivers behind him. Webber had the opportunity to show what he could do without the dominating presence of Vettel, but did it work? Towards the back, Barrichello did a good job after starting so far down, and Paul di Resta held his own on a different strategy to those around him. Who gets your driver of the day?
