The darkness fell as Free Practice 2 was completed, and McLaren continued to reign supreme. Lewis Hamilton looked to be strong, until it was Heikki Kovalainen's turn to make some headlines. Top spot for the Finn, with World Champion Jenson Button dropping to third place.
