A quieter week on Christine's Rankings - In which Malaysia has less of an effect than Australia

Malaysia saw some surprises out on track, but the drivers were less vocal and were so busy concentrating on getting a good race, there seemed to be less Christine's Rankings possibilities.
Nevertheless, we still have two new entrants on the list, with our rankings leader extending his grip on the top.
