This is F1Minute - Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel lead practice in Korea.
With first practice around the Korean International Circuit came drivers struggling with grip - the track is not used much once F1 goes home, and it took a long time for the cars to come good.
In FP1, the times were gradually dropping until Fernando Alonso emerged from the garage - he managed to set a lap a second faster than the rest. Lewis Hamilton came out to challenge him, and the pair fought for the top, with the McLaren finally snatching P1. There were a few Friday drivers in session, Jules Bianchi in the Force India, Giedo van der Garde in the Caterham and Dani Clos behind the wheel of the HRT.
FP2 began just as the first session had, with Mark Webber and Timo Glock both running off track and kicked up some dust. Sergio Pérez complained over the radio that his DRS wasn't working, but then the Sauber car slowed to a halt out on track - none of it working. Sebastian Vettel set the fastest time of the weekend, Webber topped it, but Vettel wasn't standing for that and finished the day on top.
