This is F1Minute and it’s the 3rd November 2010.
Just a couple of days before the F1 action begins in Brazil, and Ferrari have admitted they are going to be taking things carefully for the next few weeks. Stefano Domenicali says: “The approach the team will adopt in these final weeks of the championship will be the right one, keeping in mind the strengths of our rivals, Red Bull and McLaren. We have seen how complicated the races have been throughout the season, which means we have to be very careful.” Fun!
Looking further ahead, Williams have agreed a partnership with HRT to supply the team with transmission systems for next season. CEO of Williams Alex Burns said: “This is a logical partnership given Williams and Hispania’s mutual relationship with Cosworth. Our gearbox technology has consistently proven itself as both competitive and reliable, and hence this agreement will be a positive development for both organisations.”
Finally, a quick note that Johnny Herbert is the famous name joining the stewards this weekend.
