This is F1Minute - Felipe Massa hits out at Lewis Hamilton after incident filled weekend.
Felipe Massa has spoken out against Lewis Hamilton’s driving after the pair collided in two separate incidents over the Singapore weekend. During qualifying, they narrowly avoided an accident during an outlap. Massa said, of Hamilton: “It was too much. I think he didn't use his mind, one more time.”
During the Grand Prix, a similar incident occurred, with Hamilton behind, trying to overtake and the pair colliding. Hamilton received a drive through penalty, but Massa is not convinced, saying: “He could have caused a big accident... It’s important the FIA is looking and penalising him all the time he is going in the car because he cannot think about it.”
Meanwhile, Michael Schumacher was reprimanded after the race for his accident with Pérez, and the Renault team were given a fine for an incident with Bruno Senna, where he caused an avoidable accident with Pérez - fighting for position when actually they were a lap down. Finally, Lotus were fined for an unsafe pit release, when Heikki Kovalainen almost went into the side of race leader Sebastian Vettel.
