This is F1Minute - F1 Champion Vettel continues domination in Korea.
There was a threat of rain as the Korean Grand Prix began, with dark clouds circling overhead, but aside from a few drops, it stayed dry throughout. Lewis Hamilton lost his lead to Sebastian Vettel early on, as Jenson Button also dropped back with a difficult start.
Vitaly Petrov and Michael Schumacher came together as the Renault ran into the back of the Mercedes - both drivers were out of the race and the safety car came out.
It backed up the pack but didn’t ruin too many strategies, and Vettel continued to lead to the end. An epic battle was brewing between Lewis Hamilton and Mark Webber, with the Red Bull driver desperate to get past but unable to do so. They came in for their second pit stop at the same time, which meant neither got the advantage through the stops, and they continued to fight for position until the very last lap.
Jenson Button was holding off Fernando Alonso for fourth, with the Ferrari arriving to the battle quite late, having had to pass his own teammate earlier on. Other notable performances included Jaime Alguersuari finishing 7th, and Heikki Kovalainen up to 14th.
