This is F1Minute for Friday 20th February 2009.

Frank Williams is reportedly unhappy with the FOTA proposals on limiting wind tunnel usage. The association are hoping to reveal their plans for the future of F1 at the beginning of March, but wind tunnel usage appears to be a sticking point. Talking to Autosport, Frank Williams said: "We all sort of put our cards on the table recently about our CFD capabilities. We came out joint last with Force India. We've got two very good tunnels. Suddenly for some unbalanced reason it's proposed that we are only allowed to use one." He also suggested that Toyota feel the same way, and Honda would as well.

Elsewhere today, Massa has defended the decision to test in Bahrain, saying that they more than made up for lost time during the first week’s sandstorms. Regarding the car, he said they covered a great distance, and things are going in the right direction.

That’s it for this week, have a great weekend and join me on Monday for another F1Minute.
