Ferrari only managed to hold on to their championship lead for one race, as Mercedes have now taken the top spot by a single point. The two teams have already clawed out something of a gap to the rest of the field, but the battle is on between them. Red Bull are sitting in third place, with their third and fourth place finish in Shanghai helping considerably.

Other teams doing well include Toro Rosso who moved up to fourth, and Haas who got their first points on the board thanks to Kevin Magnussen finishing in eighth place.
