Fastest laps - Brazilian Grand Prix 2017 - Verstappen scoops fastest lap at Interlagos

Verstappen may have only finished fifth in the race, but he wasn't about to let a small thing like that stop him from setting the fastest lap of the race. He was inches away from dropping into the 1:10s but missed it by four hundredths of a second. Lewis Hamilton's efforts to muscle his way through the field awarded him the second fastest lap of the race, but it is definitely a surprise to see Lance Stroll in third place on this table.

Bottas and Räikkönen had great finishing positions but were down on pace according to the fastest laps chart, whilst Gasly did a great job to finish inside the top ten lap times.
