Vettel goes fastest but also breaks down
Credit: Scuderia Ferrari

Sebastian Vettel was at the top of the timesheets for the second session in a row, but Ferrari suffered their second breakdown for the second consecutive session. This time it was pacesetter Vettel who broke down, an electrical problem halting him just outside the pit lane entrance. Kimi Räikkönen was fourth fastest after his own mechanical troubles in the morning.

Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton was complaining about traffic and having his own issues, whilst Stoffel Vandoorne stopped out on track yet again. Carlos Sainz also found his Toro Rosso halting before the end of the session.
